It is the collection of high resolution virtual slides created from gigapixel digital images of mouse embryo. Simple search has two interfaces, "protein-based" and "tissue-based". Data acquisition method
|
Whole mouse sagittal and head frontal sections were immunohistochemically stained with the antibody against each target protein, and their adjacent sections were stained with hematoxylin/eosin. And they are shown zoomed for each tissue.
