Data acquisition method
|
This table contains normalized expression data derived from experiments using various RNAs hybridized to the Rice 9000 cDNA Array (>600 experiments in 25 physiological categories). Experiments were performed by the Rice Microarray Project and other research groups.

Data analysis method
|
The data were normalized by data processing, including PRIM (processing implementation for microarray) filtering, and ‘sector median’ normalization, performed at each spotting sector on the glass slide to remove uneven sectors. All the expression data are shown as values of the expression ratio.
