|
Dicty_cDB is a publicly available gene information database comprising the primary information obtained by EST analysis of Dictyostelium discoideum, which is known as a social amoeba, and a variety of additional secondary information. This database represents the results of the Dictyostelium cDNA Project in Japan for Dictyostelium discoideum. |

Features and manner of utilization of database
|
Sequences and BLAST search results of all ESTs and assembled unigenes are displayed for D. discoideum. Clones themselves are distributed by NBRP (http://nenkin.lab.nig.ac.jp/). |
