Data acquisition method

Immunoprecipitation: Extracts derived from adult mouse tissues and cell lines were immunoprecipitated using anti-mKIAA antibodies.
Mass spectrometory: Precipitated proteins were separated by SDS-PAGE and protein bands cut out from the gel were analyzed by mass spectrometry.

Data analysis method

Mass spectrometry: Results obtained by LC-MS were analyzed by Mascot and precipitated proteins were predicted.
KeyMolnet analysys: Images of mKIAA intracellular signaling pathway were constructed by merging protein information obtained by mass spectrometry and known information using KeyMolnet software.
