Data analysis method
|
Each EST was annotated by homology search (BLAST) against six protein databases. ESTs were grouped based on all-against-all BLASTN. For each cluster (group), a representative sequence was chosen, which contains the most upstream region between contigs in each cluster. Each representative sequence was annotated by InterProScan. |
