Welcome to the MATRIXOME Project homepage!
This homepage contains the MOUSE BASEMENT MEMBRANE BODYMAP,
a database of body-wide localizations of basement membrane proteins
in developing mouse embryos. The database consists of hundreds of
high resolution virtual slides created from gigapixel digital images representing
immunohistochemically stained whole mouse sagittal
and head frontal sections and hematoxylin/eosin stained adjacent sections.
