| Classification | Shown when the drug is Mixture, Crude or Formula. |
| Name | The generic name and selected trade names of the drug. |
| Formula | The molecular formula of the drug structure. |
| Exact mass | The exact mass of the drug structure. |
| Mol weight | The molecular weight of the drug structure. |
| Structural formula | Chemical structural formula. |
| Component | Chemical components when the drug consists of multiple ingredients. |
| Source | Biological source when the drug is derived from a natural product. |
| Sequence | Sequence data when the drug is a peptide or a polyketide. |
| Sequence type | Sequence type (NRP, PK, Peptide). |
| Activity | Efficacy and activity of the drug. |
| Remark | This field contains Therapeutic category, ATC code, and also identical entries in the COMPOUND database. |

| Target | Target information of the drug with appropriate links to human genes and KEGG Orthology. |
